In spite of a wife he loved tenderly, Hugo's fame flung him into the arms of the young actress JULIETTE DROUET who was to become his mistress and confidante. Indeed Hugo couldn't fathom living without Juliette, but he felt the same for the young and lovely LEONIE, his other mistress of seven years, completely unbeknownst to Juliette!
