Mrs. Miracle

A divine Christmas surprise

The Christmas lights are up, there's snow in the yard, but forget the "silent night:" at the house of Seth Webster and his two little twins Judd and Jason, there's no peace to be found. Not in Seth's heart, which has yet to heal since his adored wife passed away a few years ago. And not among his two boys, whose mischievous ways have proven 100% nanny-resistant up to now. Enter Mrs. Merkle, a warm-hearted, upbeat godsend of a nanny, who seems to possess a magical gift for taming the wild little devils. She also seems to be blessed with the gift of matchmaking, as she "accidentally" brings Seth together with Reba, a young woman who has never gotten over the anguish her sister caused her four years earlier. Mrs. Merkle - whom the children call "Mrs. Miracle" - discreetly gives advice to Seth and Reba about forgiveness, letting go, and making peace with the past. With the help of a school Christmas pageant and some heaven-sent coincidences, Mrs. Miracle sends Seth and Reba on a journey that's a miracle in itself: the path to true love.
